PCA Mission Statement
The mission of the Post Community (Neighborhood) Association is to promote the historic, economic, and aesthetic value of the residential properties surrounding Barnhardt Circle through active participation in educational programs, sound stewardship of historic resources, and community projects designed to elevate the quality of life for its residences and visitors.

PCA Goals

(1)  To increase community awareness of the historic value evident in the neighborhoods residential properties.

(2)  To respect the integrity and significance that these properties and proactively act on their behalf.
